Regnum provides IT Solutions Consultancy, including but not limited to:

• Custom Software Development (Accounting, ERP, School Management, etc.)
• Professional IT Training and Masterclasses.
• Strategic Technology Consultancy.

Detailed specifications for each service are provided in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Course Syllabi.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Regnum or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent from Regnum.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our platforms or software, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer any Regnum software products.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for software licenses and training cohorts must be made in full as per the invoice provided. Refunds for training programs are subject to our 14-day notice policy prior to the cohort start date. Software licenses are generally non-refundable once the activation key has been issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

Regnum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy in our software, we provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lusaka, Zambia.
